What is your INTENTION WORD for 2023?

I posted this question on my personal FB page and so many people chimed in that it inspired me, too!

My intention word for 2022 was HEALTHY. By doing art about it and keeping it in front of my thoughts, I was more motivated to do the things I’d decided to do to support my health.

This year’s word for me, is RESILIENT.

RESILIENT: adjective

1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.

   Similar:

   strong, tough, hardy, quick to recover, buoyant, difficult to keep down, irrepressible, adaptable, flexible

   Opposites:

   vulnerable, sensitive

2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.

   "a shoe with resilient cushioning"
